Shipping & Returns
Confirmation:
After placing your order, you'll automatically receive an order confirmation by email. We need 1-3 business days to process your order, and we'll do our best to get it done as quickly as possible!
Dispatch:
Shipping usually takes place on business days. Flikkr uses PostNL for shipping. After we've shipped your package, you'll receive a Track & Trace code and a shipping confirmation by email. After shipping, it usually takes 1 to 3 business days for you to receive your order. Didn't receive a Track & Trace code or are you experiencing tracking issues? Don't hesitate to contact us.
If any problems arise before or during shipping, we will contact you!
Flikkr is not responsible for any delays caused by PostNL (strikes, holidays, etc.).
Postage costs:
All products are shipped as parcel post and all cost a flat rate of €7.99.
International Shipping:
We currently only ship within the Netherlands. We hope to change this in the future.
Returns
At Flikkr, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with your product, you can return it. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
After canceling, you have up to 14 days to return the product. You'll receive a full refund, including shipping costs. You'll only be responsible for the return shipping costs from your home to us, depending on the reason for the return. Check the website of your preferred delivery service for exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and – if possible – unused, in its original condition and packaging.
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days, provided we have received the product in good condition. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduced value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
If you're sending us an item worth over €75, please consider using a shipping service with tracking or insurance. We don't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.
Complaints
Is the product defective? Did you receive it in the wrong condition, or do you have another complaint? That's certainly not what we want. Please contact us; we're happy to work with you to find a suitable solution.
